Everything you need to know about our premium sanitaryware models, export operations, testing protocols, and product care guidelines.

What are your global export packaging standards?

We employ premium multi-layered corrugated cartons with bespoke internal thermocol/styrofoam molds. Each toilet suite and basin is individually wrapped, shrink-wrapped, and loaded onto heavy-duty heat-treated wooden pallets to guarantee zero movement and breakage during maritime freighting.

How should I clean and maintain Vitreous China?

Vitreous china features a non-porous glass-like glaze. To preserve its high gloss, clean weekly using a soft microfiber cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid highly abrasive scourers, steel wool, or strong acid-based cleaners (e.g., hydrochloric acid), as they can slowly etch the protective glaze over time.

What quality and absorption rates do you test for?

All Vinceta sanitaryware complies with international ceramic standards. We test for water absorption rates of less than 0.5% (vitreous state), autoclave crazing resistance at high pressure, load-bearing tests up to 400kg for wall-hung models, and smoke/flush testing protocols.

Which ports do you ship from, and what are the incoterms?

We typically export out of Mundra Port and Kandla Port (Gujarat, India). We support standard global Incoterms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and CFR (Cost and Freight). Custom freight forwarding partners can be arranged per customer specifications.

Do your wall-hung toilet models include installation kits?

Our wall-hung toilet models are supplied with all internal blind-fixing hardware mechanisms and structural templates. High-density rubber damping gaskets are also included to minimize direct porcelain-to-tile contact, preventing minor stress cracking during high-load installation.

What are the flushing capacities of Vinceta water closets?

Our modern collection features smart dual-flush siphon and rimless washdown mechanisms. These systems are designed to operate at ultra-efficient water-saving volumes of 3 liters for a half-flush and 4.5 liters for a full flush, meeting international environmental and green-building certificates.
